Chichester Labour Party A fresh voice for Chichester
As a local resident of ten years, I have seen first-hand the damage caused and the widespread frustration this has caused among the local community. If elected, I promise to help rebuild a community we can all be proud of. Jane Towers, Labour Candidate for Bourne.
West Sussex is a wonderful place to live and needs to be affordable for all, with the public
services residents deserve.
If elected, I will strive to work for all members of our community. I am currently Vice Chair of Chidham & Hambrook Parish Council, a role that requires me to listen and act on the concerns of the local community we serve. I am a passionate advocate for sustaining local community interests and have responsibility for roads and footways and co-ordinating the Environment Group.
I have been campaigning to stop the inappropriate over-development of the area and helped set up Save Our Harbour Villages. Currently I am on the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group revising the Chidham & Hambrook Plan.
If elected, I promise to work towards the interests of a community we can all be proud of.
"Jane is a hard-working parish councillor, with deep knowledge of the area. Along with our other County Councillors she will be a strong voice for Bourne on the County Council and hold the Tories to account." Cllr Kevin Hughes, Labour Leader on Chichester District & City Councils
